How do I register for Mobile Deposit?
You’ll register via the Deposits menu in our Mobile Banking app(s). You must already be enrolled in Online and Mobile Banking.  Check out our Mobile Deposit Registration Guide for instructions on how to register.

How should I endorse my checks?
Your check must be clearly endorsed with your signature and the phrase: “For mobile deposit only.” Checks that are not properly endorsed
will be rejected for mobile deposit.

How many deposits can I make in a day?

  • Number per day: 3
  • Amount per day: $2,500
  • Number per month: 15
  • Amount per month: $10,000

Tip:  You can view deposit limits anytime by tapping on the “information” icon from the Make a Deposit screen.

Will Mobile Deposits show up in my account right away?
Mobile Deposits made before 4:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday – Friday will be credited to your account the same day and can be viewed
in Online and Mobile Banking the next business day.

Mobile Deposits made after 4:00 PM Pacific Time or during weekends and bank holidays, will be credited to your account the following business day and can be viewed in Online and Mobile Banking the second business day.

What should I do with my check after I deposit it?

  • Indicate somewhere on your check that it has been deposited.
  • Retain and secure your check for at least 7 days and until you’ve had a chance to review your deposit in Online or Mobile Banking.
  • Call us if you have questions about a deposit.
  • Then, shred your check.
